In 2009 the League raised the funds necessary to landscape the garden at the back of the Hospital. The garden was designed especially for patients, with areas to walk and benches for them to sit. The benches were donated by the Twickenham upon Thames Rotary Club, and the League’s Chairman, Pamela Bryant, accepted their gift from Club President Mike Wilkinson.
For 2023 The Friends has launched a fundraising appeal to revamp the gardens to create a new wellbeing haven for patients, visitors and staff. Please support us to Give a Well Being Garden.
