Children’s Pain Clinic Naming and Art Competition
Hey there, children of Richmond upon Thames, enter our Pain Clinic Naming and Art Competition!
We need your help with naming our community’s new Pain Clinic and creating fabulous Pain Clinic art.
Our local NHS is planning a new Pain Clinic at Teddington Memorial Hospital to help many people in our community improve their quality of life and well-being.
How to enter:
If you’re a local child living in or attending school in the Richmond Borough area and you’re between 7 and 11 years old (Years 3, 4, 5 and 6), you’re in luck! You can enter all by yourself, or through your school.
Competition closing date has been extended to 3 November 2024!

This picturesque course involves running through the stunning grounds of Wimbledon Common to cover the distance. We have plenty of helpers to keep you on track and encourage you on your way to the finish.

We are excited to return to the incredible Regent’s Park, one of London’s Royal Parks situated in North-West London. Regent’s Park is home to ZSL London Zoo; you may even catch a glimpse of some animals along the way! The course’s flat nature offers an excellent opportunity for a chip-timed personal best!
Each kilometre is accurately marked out with distance flags, and we have plenty of helpers to keep you on track and to encourage you on your way to the finish.

Starting at 7:00 pm by the Tate Modern, run or walk the 5km festive fun run or walk! The minimum age is 8 years.

Starting at 7.00 pm by the Tate Modern, you will then run or walk along the South Bank, continue over Southwark Bridge, pass the Tower of London and Tower Bridge and then head through the City to the finish, where you started from, in front of the Tate Modern, completing a truly iconic route
You thought it couldn’t get better! Once again, this is a truly iconic route! No previous experience is needed for a 5k like this. The route is relatively flat and you can either run, jog or walk. Bring all the family along. This event will definitely get you feeling festive!
All entries come with a Santa suit!

Run yourself into the history books with the return of the Hampton Court Palace 10K! Starting and finishing inside the palace grounds, this iconic course takes you out along The Barge Walk and back through Home Park.
A regal medal awaits you at the finish and a photo opportunity with Henry VIII.
