Members are cordially invited to The Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Reception of the Friends of Teddington Memorial Hospital.
This will take place on Monday 17th October 2022 at Bushy Park Sports Centre, Pavilion Road, Teddington, TW11 0EL commencing at 7.30 pm.
Our Speaker – Anne Stratton
We are delighted that Anne Stratton, Chief Operating Officer at Teddington Memorial Hospital has agreed to come and give us some insights into the workings of the hospital and answer any questions.
Election of Trustees
Election of Trustees will take place at this meeting as required by the League of Friends’ Memorandum and Articles of Association which stated that one-third of Trustees are elected each year on a rotating basis, together with new Trustees up to a defined number of twelve in total. Sitting Trustees are eligible to stand for relection. In order to be eligible to stand for election or vote at any AGMs or EGMs, members must be fully paid up and signed their consent to membership.

Following the AGM there will be a Reception to which you are cordially invited to chat with Trustees, and mingle with other members.
