Taking place on Sunday 20 December 2026, the Wimbledon Common Christmas Half Marathon is the perfect opportunity to set yourself a memorable end-of-year running challenge while supporting your local hospital and community.
Charity registration through the League is just £30, reduced from the usual £36 entry fee, with a fundraising target of £200.

An experienced half-marathon runner or looking for a challenge to motivate your winter training? This festive event offers the chance to run through the beautiful surroundings of Wimbledon Common and soak up the Christmas atmosphere.
The event starts and finishes at Richard Evans Memorial Playing Fields in Roehampton Vale. With clearly marked routes, friendly marshals and a themed finisher’s medal, it’s a great way to celebrate your achievement as the year comes to a close.
Run for your local hospital
By joining Team League, you’ll be doing more than completing 13.1 miles. Your fundraising will help the League of Friends of Teddington Memorial Hospital support patients, staff and services at Teddington Memorial Hospital, as well as initiatives benefiting our wider community.
