Get into the Christmas spirit, dress up as Santa and take on a magical festive challenge through the heart of London while raising money for the League of Friends of Teddington Memorial Hospital.
This December, join thousands of Santas for Santa in the City 2027, a fun-filled 3K or 5K walk or run through central London. There are three dates to choose from:

Starting and finishing at Paternoster Square, near St Paul’s Cathedral, the route takes in some spectacular London sights. You can choose to walk, jog or run, no previous running experience is needed. Walkers set off at 7pm, followed by runners at 7.15pm.
A charity place for just £10
We’re offering discounted charity registration for just £10, reduced from the usual £37, with a fundraising target of £100.
Your fundraising will help the League of Friends of Teddington Memorial Hospital continue supporting patients, staff and services at our local hospital, as well as projects that benefit the wider community.
And, of course, you’ll get to embrace the festive spirit in your Santa suit, with a medal waiting for you at the finish line.
