After hearing of the support the League is providing to the nursing teams at Teddington Memorial Hospital, with our funding of food deliveries for staff, our volunteers making headbands and face visors for the nursing teams and the care packs and goody bags donated by Waitrose, The Hampton Society Members got together to see how they could help too.
The League was pleased to hear from The Hampton Society members with their offer of support for the nursing team at Teddington Memorial Hospital by kindly donated a consignment of washing powder, pods and conditioner for the staff on the in-patients ward to use to wash their scrubs. As you can imagine the staff are getting through a lot of cleaning products at the moment and this donation of cleaning supplies will really help.
We know that the team at Teddington Memorial Hospital will need the League’s support during this crisis and afterwards as they recover from the huge efforts being made to save lives and keep us all safe. The League of Friends will do all we can to help and we can only do that with the support from our local community.
Thank you to The Hampton Society Members for supporting The League of Friends and we look forward to a positive future after this is all over.
Your support really counts.
